If your character runs or owns a bar, a club, a hotel, a shop, or any other publicly-accessible business, you are able to have your own dedicated channel, so that other characters can find them and your character more easily.

In play requirements

• The character must have been approved and played for at least one active month on the server.
• The character cannot start play with a player location, but they can begin with a business, and you are free to roleplay in a neighborhood channel where the business is located.

Mechanical Requirements

• The location needs to be supported by a minimum of Haven dots and Business Establishment.
• Employees can be unsheeted Advantages, however, the business runs risk of bad employees, lack of control, or the Masquerade. Employees that are unsheeted will not do more than their job asks of them, and they have no loyalty to the owner (Kindred). They cannot be used for increasing the business, and they cannot apply any TW dice in tests. To secure the employees in a location, they need to be a Retainer or Allies, or a mix depending on what the business is.
• If hunting kine is allowed in your venue, it will come with the additional responsibility and risk of a Masquerade Breach, in order to deny the ability for kine to hunt there should be Advantages handling this such as Retainers or Allies. Those who made their location before this rule, please adjust to the current method when you can.
• We do not use Domain mechanics unless otherwise stated.
• Please use the below format to detail the location in your ticket.

You need at least a month of active play before you can submit a location. You can of course, roleplay in these locations in public channels no issue.

Business Establishment •• or ••• Is a requirement for Player Owned Locations, to represent the location’s benefits and its drawbacks.

To apply a location, please create a ticket using:

In the ticket, use the following form:

**Location Name**: This will be the name of the channel

**Owner(s)**: Which PC are involved?

**Employees**: Which PC are involved?

**Known Faction Alignment**: Is there gossip surrounding the loyalty to the factions for the Kindred involved? If not, they cannot tell other Kindred they own this business.

**Specific Header(s)?**: Is there any breakdown for the location? Lower levels, specific rooms?

**Description**: Feel free to include pictures.

**Address**: Either list as a physical address and the channel it’s located in. The Location will be placed in the section that corresponds to it’s physical location.

**Known to be Kindred-owned by other Kindred**: Is it something shared with other PC/SPCs? Is this a total secret? They shouldn’t be seen around acting as an employee or the owner in this case.

**Hunting?**: If this not allowed, there should be sheeted justifications such as Allies or Retainers as employees who watch for weird behavior.
