A fully established bond takes three drinks directly from the vein on three different nights. Stains are given when the final sip (usually 3rd) is drunk to the Kindred who is blood bonding. This stain applies to both blood bonds on mortals and other Kindred. The first two drinks cause infatuation, but this effect is solely flavour. On the third night, the Blood Bond begins at a strength of 3. It can grow to a maximum of 6, or decrease at the rate of one level per month if the thrall tastes none of the regnant’s vitae.
Resisting the bond: Resolve + Intelligence vs. Bond strength. Once per turn if in presence of the regnant, otherwise once per scene.
On server: the bond decreases at the rate of one level per in-real-life month, aka four weeks.
